Rights

Rights of judges

In case of an intervention by the Superior Jury, the Judge has the right to explain their score and to agree (or not) to a change.
In case of disagreement the Judge may be overruled by the Superior Jury and shall be informed accordingly.

In case of arbitrary action taken against a judge, they have the right to file an appeal:

a) To the Superior Jury, if the action was initiated by the Apparatus Supervisor or

b) To the Jury of Appeal, if the action was initiated by the Superior Jury
